2Download the shopping list and the alternative foods sheet. Check the shopping list for foods you don't like and replace them on the shopping list with the alternatives shown on the alternative foods sheet.
3Check your cupboards and note down on the shopping list the quantities you already have. Deduct the amounts you already have from the amounts required for the 7 Day program, and you now have your shopping list for the week for one person. For a family multiply the quantity by the number of people taking the program.
4Go out and buy the items on your shopping list so you have everything you need for your 7 Day Health KickStarter Program.
